Q; What Is the Winter Court Fantasy Ball?
A: The Winter Court: An Unseelie Fae Ball is Utah’s premier fantasy ball, an immersive experience where guests step into a realm of fae lore, moonlit elegance, and primal enchantment. Whether you're new to fantasy events or a seasoned traveler of magical realms, this FAQ will guide you through everything you need to know before entering the Court.
What Awaits at the Ball:
Q: How long is the ball?
A: The ball begins at 6:30 PM for VIP ticket holders and 7:30 PM for General Admission and concludes at 10:30 PM.
Q: What ages are welcome?
A: This is an 18+ event. Alcohol will be available—please bring a valid ID if you are 21 or older and wish to partake.
Q: What will be happening at the Ball?
A: Expect an evening woven with enchantment. Meet the Unseelie Queen and King, mingle with other courtiers and costumed characters, enjoy live harp and aerial performances, dance to the DJ’s spellbound set, and enjoy food and drink, explore vendors, immersive experiences, and on-site photography.
Q: Will there be food and drinks available?
A: Yes! A variety of food options will be available, and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) may be purchased from licensed vendors.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: While there is no strict dress code, we encourage guests to dress in attire inspired by fantasy, folklore, and fae realms. Whether you arrive as a noble of the Court or in your own magical expression, we love to see your creativity shine.
Q: Are weapons allowed?
A: For the safety of all attendees, weapons of any kind—including prop weapons—are not permitted.
Q: Can I come alone?
A: Absolutely. Many guests attend solo and find the environment welcoming and magical. This is a celebration of community and creativity, open to all.
Entry to the Court:
Q: Are there different ticket tiers with different perks?
A: Yes! Step into the revels with General Admission or elevate your experience with VIP access!
General Admission – Guest of the Court Step into the realm at 7:00 PM and enjoy full access to the Ball’s magic, including performances, vendors, and the dance floor, photography and more!
VIP Admission – Favored of the Queen Enter the Ball early at 6:00 PM with exclusive access to our prelude hour, featuring first access to vendors, and a more intimate welcome from the Court. Includes a few extra flourishes—like an exclusive swag bag, included drink ticket, premier photo session and more!
Q: Can I upgrade to VIP after purchasing a General Admission ticket?
A: Yes, as long as we are not sold out of VIP tickets, reach out to us and we will help facilitate an upgrade.
Q: Will there be tickets available at the door?
A: If we aren't sold out, tickets will be available at the door, ticket prices are set to increase so we strongly encourage to purchase online ahead of time.
Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Tickets are not refundable but may be transferred, once you have someone you would like to transfer your ticket to, reach out to us and we will assist with the transfer.
Q: Is the venue accessible?
A: Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Q: Will there be a coat check?
A: Yes! We will have a coat check so you can dance the night away without needing to worry about coats, jackets, and purses.
Q: Is there free parking?
A: Absolutely, there is plenty of parking on both sides of the venue as well as across the street.

Q: Can I take photos or video at the event?
A: Personal photography is welcome (and encouraged!). Please be mindful of others’ space and ask permission before taking close-up shots of other guests. Professional photography will also be available on-site.
