Lunar Galas Policies

1. Business Communications Only

Please contact us via email only for business-related matters. Inquiries about tickets, event logistics, collaborations, or press are welcome. Personal messages or unsolicited outreach may not receive a response.

2. No Refunds — Ticket Exchange Only

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, tickets may be transferred or exchanged. Contact us to let us know who you are transferring the ticket to.

3. Behavior Expectations

We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave if their behavior disrupts the experience or makes others feel unsafe. This includes arriving under the influence of alcohol or substances to a degree that impacts the event environment.

4. Code of Conduct

Lunar Galas is a space for respect, imagination, and transformation. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. For the safety and comfort of all guests, personal weapons or prop weapons are not permitted at our events.

5. Health & Accessibility

We strive to make our events as inclusive and accommodating as possible. Please reach out ahead of time if you have any specific accessibility needs or sensitivities.

6. Age Requirement

Our events are designed for adults and are strictly 18+ unless otherwise stated. For the safety, comfort, and immersive experience of all guests, infants and children cannot be admitted. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy.

7. Timeliness for Smaller Events

Our smaller events are intentionally designed to be intimate and immersive. Out of respect for the experience and other attendees, we ask that you arrive on time so the schedule can proceed smoothly for all guests.
