At Lunar Galas, we are committed to creating magical experiences rooted in lore, myth, and meaningful connection. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all, please take note of the following policies:

1. Business Communications Only

 

Please contact us via email only for business-related matters. Inquiries about tickets, event logistics, collaborations, or press are welcome. Personal messages or unsolicited outreach may not receive a response.

2. Timeliness for Smaller Events

 

Our smaller events are intentionally designed to be intimate and immersive. Out of respect for the experience and other attendees, we ask that you arrive on time so the schedule can proceed smoothly for all guests.

3. No Refunds — Ticket Exchange Only

 

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, tickets may be transferred or exchanged. Contact us to let us know who you are transferring the ticket to.

4. Behavior Expectations

 

We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave if their behavior disrupts the experience or makes others feel unsafe.

5. Health & Accessibility

 

We strive to make our events as inclusive and accommodating as possible. Please reach out ahead of time if you have any specific accessibility needs or sensitivities.

6. Code of Conduct

 

Lunar Galas is a space for respect, imagination, and transformation. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
