Sanguine: A Vampire Masquerade Ball invites guests into a realm of velvet shadows, candlelit intrigue, and ancient elegance. Whether this is your first Lunar Galas event or you’ve walked our halls before, this FAQ will guide you through what to expect when you enter the Castle.

What Awaits at the Ball

Q. What Is Sanguine?

A. Sanguine is an immersive vampire masquerade ball set within a gothic, atmospheric world crafted by Lunar Galas. Guests step into a night of mystery, music, performance, and dark enchantment; a place where elegance meets the supernatural and every detail is designed to transport you.


Q. How long is the ball?

A. The ball begins at 5:30 PM for VIP and 7:00 PM for General Admission. The night concludes at 10:00 PM.


Q. What ages are welcome?

A. This is an 18+ event. Alcohol will be available for guests 21+ with valid ID.


Q. What will be happening at the Ball?

A. Expect an evening steeped in atmosphere:

  • Enjoy live performances (music, dance, and atmospheric acts)

  • Dance to the DJ’s curated set

  • Explore a small, curated vendor market

  • Visit immersive spaces and photo installations

  • Indulge in food and drink

  • Capture memories with on‑site photography


Q. Will there be food and drinks?

A. Yes, a variety of food options will be available, and drinks (alcoholic and non‑alcoholic) may be purchased from licensed vendors.


Q Is there a dress code?

A. There is no strict dress code, but we encourage attire inspired by:

  • gothic elegance

  • masquerade finery

  • vampiric aesthetics

  • dark fantasy

Creativity is always welcome, whether you arrive in full regalia or your own interpretation of the night.


Q. Are weapons allowed?

A. No. For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind, including prop weapons, are not permitted.


Q. Can I come alone?

A. Absolutely! Many guests attend solo and find the environment welcoming, creative, and communal.


Entry to the Castle


Q. Are there different ticket tiers?

A. Yes: choose between General Admission and VIP.

-General Admission- The Initiated: Enter at 7:00 and enjoy full access to the night’s p performances, vendors, immersive spaces, photography, and dance floor.

-VIP Admission- The Ascended: Enter early at 5:30 PM for an intimate prelude hour with first access to vendors and immersive spaces. VIP includes additional perks such as:

  • an exclusive gift

  • a drink ticket

  • a catered dinner

  • early entry to explore the Castle before the crowds

  • Private VIP Lair


Q. Can I upgrade to VIP later?

A. Yes. As long as VIP tickets are still available. Contact us and we’ll assist with the upgrade.


Q. Will there be tickets at the door?

A. If the event is not sold out, tickets may be available at the door. Prices increase at the door, so we recommend purchasing online.


Q. Are tickets refundable?

A. Tickets are non‑refundable but transferable. Once you have someone to transfer your ticket to reach out and we’ll help with the process.


Q. Is the venue accessible?

A. Yes, the ballroom of the venue is wheelchair accessible as well as the areas where the vendors and food will be. The upper room and VIP Lair are not accessible.


Q. Will there be a coat check?

A. Yes! A coat check will be available so you can enjoy the night hands‑free.


Q. Is there free parking?

A. Yes, there is ample free parking at the venue.


Q: Can I wear a mask?

A. Yes, decorative masquerade masks are encouraged!


Q: Will alcohol be served throughout the night?

A. Yes, Mecca Bar Co. will be there to serve cocktails and mocktails for the duration of the event.


Q: Is re‑entry allowed?

A. Yes, if you need to leave, keep the wrist band you receive at check-in with you for easy re-entry.

Q. Can I take photos or video?

A. Personal photography is welcome. Please be respectful of others’ space and ask permission before taking close‑up photos of other guests. Professional photography will also be available on‑site.


Q. How can I volunteer, vend, or sponsor?
