Harvesting Calendula
Harvesting calendula is really simple:
Harvest the flowers in the morning after the dew has dried but before the heat of the day sets in.
Cut the flowers just above the below the flower. Don't pick all of the flowers!
Calendula continuously blooms so can be harvested every day.

Preserving Calendula
Properly drying and preserving Calendula is very important so that you don't end up with moldy flowers, luckily, it's really easy!
Air Drying: Spread the flowers face down on a drying screen in a single layer, ensuring good air circulation and let dry for a few days.
Dehydrator: You can also place them face down in a dehydrator set to low for a few hours, until dry.

Storing Calendula
Once the flowers are completely dry, you will want to store them in an airtight container, like a jar.
Label and date so you don't forget! Calendula stays potent for about a year.
Keep the container in a cool, dark place.
